Refund policy
Apexon Solutions LLC supplies industrial electrical components, obsolete parts, replacement parts, and B2B sourcing products to customers worldwide. Because many products are industrial, technical, imported, obsolete, discontinued, or special-order items, returns and refunds must be reviewed and approved in writing before any item is returned.
6-Month Limited Warranty
Most products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against product quality issues under normal use, unless otherwise stated in the quotation, invoice, product page, or written order confirmation.
This warranty is intended to cover product quality issues. It does not cover incorrect model selection, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, external damage, wiring errors, unsuitable application, customs delays, import duties, or return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14-Day Cancellation / Return Request Window
For eligible orders, customers may request a cancellation or return within 14 days from the date the customer receives the final item in the order.
If an order is delivered in multiple shipments or multiple packages, the 14-day period starts from the date the customer receives the last item or final package in that order.
This 14-day cancellation or return request window applies only to eligible products and does not apply to items excluded under this policy, including special-order, sourced-to-order, customized, obsolete, discontinued, installed, used, damaged, or otherwise non-returnable items.
Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved by Apexon Solutions LLC in writing before the product is returned. Please do not ship any product back without written approval or return instructions.
To request a return or warranty review, please provide:
- Order number or invoice number
- Product part number and brand
- Quantity affected
- Clear photos of the product, label, packaging, and issue
- Description of the problem
- Installation or application details, if relevant

You may also contact us before shipping any product back if you need help with a return, refund, or warranty review.
Return Shipping Deadline
After a return request is submitted and approved, the customer must ship the product back within 14 days from the date of our written return approval or return instructions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returned products must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is completed.
Items Not Usually Eligible for Return
The following items are usually not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product quality issue:
- Special-order or sourced-to-order products
- Customized, configured, modified, or made-to-order products
- Obsolete, discontinued, rare, or hard-to-find components
- Products imported, purchased, or arranged specifically for the customer’s order
- Perishable, time-sensitive, or storage-sensitive products, where applicable
- Products that have been installed, used, powered on, modified, damaged, or opened in a way that affects resale or inspection
- Products ordered with the wrong model, specification, voltage, current rating, size, or compatibility due to customer selection
- Products without original labels, packaging, manuals, accessories, or identifiable part numbers
- Products returned without written approval
Incorrect Model Selection
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct part number, model, specifications, and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing the order. Our team can help review datasheets, labels, and replacement options, but final suitability must be confirmed by the buyer or end user.
International Return Shipping
Because most orders ship internationally, return shipping costs can be high. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for international return shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes, and any carrier fees related to the return.
If the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue, wrong item shipped by us, or another issue accepted by Apexon Solutions LLC in writing, we may, at our discretion, offer repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, return shipping support, or another agreed solution depending on the product, issue, and order circumstances.
Original Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are generally not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
For eligible consumer cancellation or return cases where applicable law requires the refund of the original outbound shipping charge, we will refund the standard outbound shipping charge paid for the order. If the customer selected a more expensive express, priority, or special shipping method, the additional cost above the standard shipping option may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to match the approved return conditions.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refund timing may also depend on the payment method, bank processing time, and payment provider.
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been sourced, packed, shipped, customized, imported, or specially arranged may not be eligible for cancellation or may be subject to costs already incurred.
Transit Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, product, shipping label, and visible damage. Carrier claims may require inspection and supporting documentation.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply under applicable law.
