Shipping policy
Apexon Solutions LLC supplies industrial electrical components, obsolete parts, and hard-to-find replacement parts to customers worldwide. Most orders are processed as B2B transactions and may be shipped internationally from China or another agreed shipping location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and final order details are confirmed, including part number, quantity, delivery address, shipping method, and trade term.
Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, product condition, pre-shipment inspection, documentation requirements, and export arrangements. Estimated lead time will be provided in the quotation, invoice, or order communication when applicable.
Shipping Origin
Most shipments are dispatched from China. In some cases, products may ship from another supplier, warehouse, or logistics location depending on availability and order requirements.
Shipping Methods
We usually ship by international express or air freight carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other agreed carriers. The available shipping method depends on the destination country, product size, product weight, product type, and customer requirements.
Default Trade Term
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the default trade term is DAP. Under DAP, the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties, taxes, VAT, and any local import charges in the destination country.
Other trade terms, including DDP, EXW, FOB, or other agreed terms, may be available upon request and must be confirmed before order placement.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing before order confirmation.
Apexon Solutions LLC is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, government inspections, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or local carriers.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, carrier, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided after the shipment is dispatched and the carrier issues a tracking number. Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier system.
Pre-Shipment Verification
For many B2B orders, product photos, label photos, and packaging photos can be provided before shipment upon request. Customers who require pre-shipment verification should request it before the order is dispatched.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact name, phone number, company name, and any required tax ID or import information. Apexon Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Shipping Damage or Missing Items
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package, product, shipping label, and any visible damage. Claims must be supported by clear evidence and may require carrier investigation.
