Overview
The Beckhoff EL2502 is a 2-channel PWM output EtherCAT Terminal that modulates the pulse width of a binary signal and outputs it electrically isolated from the E-bus. Each channel’s frequency can be set independently, and the duty cycle is written as a 16‑bit value from the controller. The push‑pull output stage is short‑circuit protected and suitable for ohmic, inductive and lamp loads.
