Overview
The Beckhoff EL3202 is a 2-channel RTD/resistance analog input EtherCAT Terminal for direct connection of resistance sensors. It can output measured resistance in ohms or convert to temperature in the terminal according to selectable sensor characteristics (Pt, Ni, KTY, etc.). Sensors can be connected in 2- or 3-wire technique (default 2‑wire; external bridge required for 2‑wire). Internal digital filtering and limit monitoring are available, and measurement capability/status is indicated by LEDs and process image bits.
