Overview
The Beckhoff EL3314 is a 4‑channel thermocouple analog input EtherCAT Terminal. It supports direct 2‑wire TC connection with internal cold‑junction compensation and per‑channel linearization over the full temperature range. Wire‑break is indicated by LEDs. The terminal can also be used for low‑level mV measurements.
