The ELECTRONICON E62.D81-402E20 is a heavy-duty AC/DC film capacitor from the universal E62 series, designed for demanding power electronics applications. It features a hermetically sealed aluminum can filled with environmentally friendly plant oil and is optimized for high RMS currents, making it suitable for non-sinusoidal voltages, pulsed currents, damping, commutation, and AC filter circuits. The integrated break-action mechanism (BAM) ensures safe, controlled disconnection in case of overload.
Key Features
- Heavy-duty AC capacitor for universal and high-current applications.
- Hermetically sealed aluminum can with plant oil filling (standard).
- Integrated overpressure protection (Break-Action Mechanism - BAM™).
- Optimized for high RMS and surge currents (Imax: 45A, Î: 1.3kA).
- Self-healing metallized polypropylene (MKP) dielectric.
- Complies with IEC 61071, UL810, and CSA 22.2 No.190 standards.
- Compact E1/E2 design with tab terminals.
