Overview: The ELECTRONICON E62-3ph is a heavy-duty three-phase AC filter capacitor designed for robust operation in extreme conditions, such as AC filtering and power factor correction in wind power and UPS applications. It features a low-inductance design with a very low series resistance, high RMS, and surge current strength. The three capacitor elements are internally connected in delta and filled with environmentally friendly plant oil for optimal heat dissipation and insulation. It includes an integrated overpressure protection (BAM™) for safe operation.
- Heavy-duty construction for sophisticated operating conditions.
- Very low series resistance (Rs) and self-inductance (Le).
- Internal delta connection of three capacitor elements.
- Finger-proof CAPAGRIP™ screw terminals rated IP20.
- Integrated break-action mechanism (BAM™) for overload protection.
- Long statistical lifetime of >200,000 hours.
- Capacitance tolerance of ±5% (tighter tolerances available).
