Overview: The ELECTRONICON E62-3HF is a high-end, heavy-duty three-phase AC filter capacitor engineered for demanding power electronics applications. It features a low-inductance design with wavecut technology for superior RMS and surge current strength, making it ideal for harmonic filtering in three-phase mains with high distortion, such as in wind power and UPS systems. The capacitor is filled with environmentally friendly plant oil for optimized heat dissipation and includes an integrated overpressure protection (BAM™) for safe, controlled disconnection.
- Heavy-duty construction for extreme operating conditions.
- Very low series resistance (Rs) and self-inductance (Le).
- Internal delta connection of three capacitor elements.
- Terminals (S4 design) optimized for high harmonic frequencies (>1kHz).
- Integrated break-action mechanism (BAM™) for overload protection.
- Long statistical lifetime of >200,000 hours.
- Capacitance tolerance of ±5% (tighter tolerances available).
